The location.

In my eyes the hotel did not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel, the rooms we were put in over looked other rooms, the rooms where also dark. The Hotel in reality should be a 2 starat best.

The location is brilliant - our room was well laid out and nicely furnished. Definitely best to use public transport though - Wouldn't like to have to get there in a car. Very easy to get a bus from the airport to the center €2.30 p.p and then go round the corner for a short tram ride to the cathedral €1.10. p.p. The hotel is just behind the cathedral so it is really easy.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Beautiful location

The walls of the hotel were paper thin. It seemed that we lived together in the same room with everybody. All the noises of the night and the morning were heard in our room. And last but not least, it was impossible to park our car in the hotel parking lot because they have room only for Smart-type car. So we had to park far away from the hotel and traveled with our luggage through the old streets

Originality and location

Despite enquiring about parking at reception, the receptionist failed to mention that a porter parks all vehicles in the extermely narrow alleyed car park. Because of this we scratched our rented car. Rooms have very little natural light

Good breakfast. Helpful front desk re restaurants and directions to tourist attractions

Despite assurance that I could book garage space prior to arrival direct with hotel, they would not accept such a reservation. I had to use public facility at €17.50 per day.

location!!!!terrace with view on La Giralda - perfect !!! bbest hotel for those who like Arturo Perez-Reverte books,especially that one about Sevilla. possibility of meeting with Macarena Bruner :))

Central location

The breakfast was not the standard expected of a 4 star hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. There is a rooftop terrace with a bar that is open until 11pm, but they then spend 1 hour or more clearing up. Lots of noise!!!! The rooms were very small, again not a 4 star hotel.

The roof top terrace and swimming pool was a great place to go at the end of the afternoon when it was very hot and we needed a rest
