Location of the hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Pool area on the roof was really nice bonus. Pool area was small (not enough sunbeds) and water in the pool was dirty. |

The Hotel Las Casas de la Juderia was in a perfect location and was the most charming hotel that we ever stayed in. Staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke perfect english. Once we found the hotel the porter took our car and looked after our every needs from there. Not a thing! |

Despite a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, the cleaning staff kept insisting on entering the room at two different occasions in the same morning - interrupting a muchly needed sleep. Very unpleasant and irritating. |

Beautiful hotel arranged around different courtyards in a series of historic buildings. Right in the centre of the Santa Cruz district so the old town is easy to get to on foot. My room was full of character. Seville gets very hot in summer but the air con can only be set to a minimum of 19 degrees which made it cool enough to sleep, but only just. |

Brilliant location only 5 minutes walk from major architectural attractions of Seville, right in the centre of the Old Quarter, where everybody seems to want to be! The hotel itself is an architectural gem, has to be seen to be believed, full of shaded courtyards, arched corridors, endless passageways, and a beautiful, if small, swimming pool on the old roof - actually fairytale like. Services, as in air conditioning and bathroom waste and water pipes, were incredibly noisy. |

Location of the hotel. Its charm, little patio's everywhere. We especially liked the room that we were assigned to. The Wi-Fi did not work properly, but the staff was very helpful in trying to get it fixed. The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower gave some problems due to the way it was installed; there again, the staff were very helpful. |

Absolutely the best staff at the hotel. Very attentive to your needs, and fluent in several languages. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to most of the historic sites, shops, and restaurants within the Santa Cruz neighborhood. The hotel has lots of character, and interesting history. Attempt to get a room with a private balcony. |

the ambiance of the bedrooms in the small courtyards was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful especially with the narrow access for cars the standard of the cooked breakfast was poor given the cost. Our room was not made up until after 3.30pm which was very late and meant that we could not go back there to relax after lunch |
