This hotel is located in the commercial heart of Madrid, beside the emblematic Kio Towers on the Paseo de la Castellana – one of the city’s most important streets.

Well-located for business guests, the Silken Puerta Castilla is set near the city’s congress centre. It is also just a 15-minute drive from the Juan Carlos I trade fair site. However, this modern hotel is also within easy reach of Madrid’s cultural centre, as well as being just 2 metro stops from the world-famous Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.

Staff pleasant

No Tea/Coffee facilities in the rooms....Restaurant does not open on a Sunday..Bar was also closed and limited choice in cafe attached..

location is quite far away from most places but the metro brings you everywhere you wanna go conveniently

On rhe main route between airport and city. I got a very nice suite with 2 rooms in price of a double.

4pm checkout time

reception staff was not very friendly 4pm checkout was confirmedby phone. but once we arrived were told we would have to pay extra unless weleft by 3pm Also we had no idea that the restaurant and lounge were closed for the time of our stay.

large room, very soundproof (even the noise of drilling in the adjacent soon to open MacDonalds had trouble to get through)
