nice view from our room, good location, good breakfast internet cost 3 euros per hour and you can't print any page, you can't open any file from our usb and also you can't use skype. we asked to print some pages from our usb and they refused |

Modern and very well kept. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Included tickets to Isla Magica were fantastic-especially for our kids. |

Nice hotel meals in restaurant were very good and reasonable bar good Good half hour walk to centre get the bus and make a note of available buses near hotel just in case you wander off the beaten track its easy to reach |

we asked for car parking but were told' when we arrived that there is no parking space. one of the 2 rooms we ordered had bad smells in it and was not very pleasant. |

Windows are not double glazed (we stayed in room 443) and therefore do not prevent from street noise (especially at night and this city has a lot of night life including firebrigade sirene...) |

The location seemed to be okay. Though we were never given any information at the hotel on the city center location or how to get to the main attractions. The pool on the roof top is awesome, could use more chairs. The flamingo show is a must! The bar on the rooftop was also not open. Minimal parking at the hotel, and the nearest underground parking is very expensive. The breakfast is very expensive and would of been nice to have been included or given at a reduced priced for staying there. |
