Location was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean Its was very disappointing that we had to pay to use the spa facilities. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and never had to pay for this. Also it would have been nice to have had some more english speaking channels on the television |

The position in the city centre. The isolation was good, you could not hear the traffic although the hotel is on the very traffic Gran Via. The hotel staff was unable to help us about everything we asked - bus, train, metro, distances... The door of the bathroom could not be opened from inside; hopefully I was not alone in the room! The hotel is too dark and the room lights are also very taper. It was very dark! |

Great location, wonderful breakfast, well decorated, and friendly staff horrible smell in one of the rooms smelled like a dead cat, also when taking a shower water goes all over the floor |
